Church In-Person Meeting Time and Location/Direction: Saturdays, 3 PM CST; 6779 Mandeville Rd., Texarkana, AR 71854. Starks Hill Community of Mandeville, Arkansas; From Texarkana go east toward Hope on Highway 67 (East Broad St.), then take a right on Sugar Hill Rd, then a left onto Mandeville Rd. Church will be immediately on the left. Church Name on the Building Sign is Spirit of Deliverance COGIC. TLCMBC meets in the building on Saturdays. Spirit of Deliverance meets on Sundays.

TLCMBC is about getting saved and living saved in the name of the Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit. TLCMBC is about recognizing the love, grace, mercy, and judgment of our Creator God and worshipping, serving and living for Him in being the church (people) of the living God every day, everywhere in everything.

Total Life Christian Leadership Center (TLCLC), a ministry of TLCMBC, is where the community has the opportunity to address the application of biblical principles for solutions to societal problems that adults & children face. This includes but is not limited to discussions about crime, justice, education, employment, housing, classism, and perceived and/or actual racism.

In the Name of Jesus Christ before whom we all must one day stand for judgement unto eternal life in Heaven or eternal death in Hell.
